Solution:

If you get that error, your transaction log needs to be truncated. Please contact us via support@indiaaccess.com and we will take care of it.

If you still receive this error after the transaction log has been truncated, there is just not enough room in the transaction log. In this case, you will have to request more space in your transaction log. SQL space over our default size is billed at Rs. 1,000/- per 5 MB.
