Solution:

When a major change is made to your web site using FrontPage, always recalculate your hyperlinks. FrontPage should automatically recalculate your hyperlinks during uploading, but it doesn't always work. If you've just implemented a search bot on your web site, or made a major change, be sure to recalculate your hyperlinks. Simply open your Web in Frontpage and click Tools, Recalculate Hyperlinks.
